Your Team Rep will be coordinating your Independence Cup Classic Experience. Team reps are required to complete and submit the team registration form, and remit the $150 non-refundable deposit to become officially registered for the tournament.
The Spirit of the Tournament
The mission of the Independence Cup Classic is to provide a fun and safe recreational ice hockey event for adults regardless of their playing experience. We promote the importance of friendship and camaraderie of fellow participants, and emphasize safety and physical well-being. Participants in the Independence Cup Classic are expected to conduct themselves in a positive and disciplined manner which will promote our mission and reflect favorably on your hockey experience.
The following general “guidelines” are hereby set forth, and are to be followed by everyone electing to participate in this event:

For those traveling to the tournament, all accommodations will be handled directly through the Sheraton Great Valley. A block of rooms have been reserved for the Independence Cup Classic Tournament. Hotel contact information: Sheraton Great Valley

Tournament Only Package
The cost per team is $1,425.
Deposit: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to secure your teams place in the tournament. Your team's balance is due no later than May 10th.
There will be no individual or team refunds issued if a team cancels less than 30 days before the start of the tournament. Any hotel cancellations will follow the cancellation policy of the Sheraton Great Valley.
