Package Details:
West Chester, Pennsylvania, will once again be the center of activity for this weekend of fun, friends, and ice hockey. All out-of-town teams entered in the tournament stay at the Sheraton Great Valley Hotel, which is less than five minutes from the arena and downtown West Chester and 40 minutes to Center City Philadelphia.
Tournament Package Highlights Include:
Deluxe accommodations at the Sheraton Great Valley, just minutes from the hockey arena and multiple bars, and daily continental breakfast. Hockey played at the renowned Ice Line Quad Rinks arena located near movie theaters, shopping malls and numerous bars and restaurants

Tournament Format:
- Games start early Friday evening – Finals finish early Sunday afternoon
- Three game guarantee – three 13 minute stop-time periods
- All players participating must be the designated tournament age as of the day the tournament begins.
- If more than two players are under 35, a tournament official will follow up with your team representative.
- All teams: Men’s 40+ Division – Slapshots allowed
- No checking
Tournament Fees:
The cost per team is $1,425.
Deposit: An initial $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your teams place in the tournament.
Balance Options:
- Full payment of the remaining balance $1,275 by March 15th
- Two installments of the remaining balance $650 each by March 15th and April 15th
- Three installments of the remaining balance $450 each by March 15th, April 15th and May 15th.
